1)In UN.Security Council...the President is Elected once in a year.

From Jan to Dec.always.

2)The Secretary General and others are Elected once in 5 years.

3)The sec.general can contest in the Election for 2 Terms only.(10 years only)

Now Let us come TO India.


In India no body ruled our country for more than 2 Terms except Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.(16 years).ies.in 1952 onwards,

Now the present govt is an outgoing govt and a New   PM will take charge of India from 2024 which is rule of nature.

It is the Regular tradition of India.

The Tradition will be followed and continues...

The creamy layer concept, which excludes economically advanced individuals from reservation benefits, currently applies only to Other Backward Classes (OBCs) in India (typically those with family income above ₹8 lakh per year).  It does not apply to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) reservations. Supreme Court Observations (August 2024) In a landmark 6:1 majority judgment in State of Punjab v. Davinder Singh (1 August 2024), a seven-judge Constitution Bench allowed states to sub-classify SC/ST groups to provide more targeted quotas to the most disadvantaged sub-groups. Several judges (including Justices B.R.
