Basic rule..for students..

1)Daily 8 hours we have to study..4 hour morning,4 hour evening.

2)Out of 8 hours 2 hours can be used for writing the studied lessons including home work/assignments.

3) While writing exams,some times you know the answer because you studied, but it may not retrieve  to your sence for writing.Don't worry.Start to write answer to the next question.Within 3 to 5 five minutes your sensitive organ of brain(Cerebrum) will retrieve the answer and you can write the answer.(It's like a magic)
Eg.
If you request your mother to give  Dosas,she cannot give immediately.She has take the rice battar from fridge,lit the stove,spread it in on the dosa fry stone,and after some time only she has to serve.

Similarly some times our brain also bring out answer afterwards only..

๐Ÿชธ๐ŸƒWe all live our lives with different types of challenges  in front of us. One of the most important challenges which all of us at some time or the other face, or our children face is taking a school or college exam, which will determine our or their future. 

We often hear some of our close one tell us that – we have an important exam in the coming days. These are mostly school or college exams and the ones giving them are important to us and we want them to do well in them.

➤๐Ÿ”ฐSo, what should I, as a parent or a friend or a relative, give advice to people close to me so that they succeed in exams? 

1)A first step in giving exams that is extremely important is being determined and strong mentally and having a positive vision as well as attitude towards them. Very often, some very intelligent children or grown-ups don’t do well in their exams. This is because of a lack of concentration which is affected by their fear and nervousness.

➤๐Ÿ”ฐSome very well-prepared students with their courses and syllabus, at the last moment, are not able to answer the questions presented to them properly because their minds are flooded with lots of thoughts. Most of such thoughts are negative and unnecessary one of failure or the fear of failure. On the other hand, some students who are less prepared but stronger mentally sometimes do well because of their mental stability and the drive to excel positively is a lot more. In this message, we shall explain eight ways of increasing mental strength and focus, which will help students in their exams. They will also help you in life’s different problems, even if you are an adult and are not studying for any exam.

2)A very important way of remaining stable in the days before exams and during the exam days or while facing any challenge of life is keeping a few positive thoughts full of inner peace, strength, and stability and repeating them in your mind a few times in the day e.g. 
1)I am a peaceful soul, full of inner strength. 
2)I remain stable in every situation or 
3)I study peacefully and I remain strong always.
4) My studies are very easy and I take care of them easily.

➤๐Ÿ’กThese self-conversations can be done starting from the morning as soon as you wake up and ending in the night just before you go to sleep.

3) Positive affirmations reduce your fear and increase your confidence and motivation levels. This could be done about 10-12 times a day, before eating and drinking anything. Secondly, always remember that repeated study, which is the most powerful energy in the world, is my constant companion at every step.8 hours.

➤๐Ÿ’กAlso, if I remember  that I will not get stressed myself if I do meditation. Talk to your parents, you are my best friend and companion and I hold your hand to take me to my destination of success. In this way, you will remain extremely light. 

Experience parents are sitting with you while studying and while taking the exam and you will not only remain light but you will perform in your exams with immense satisfaction and success.

➤๐Ÿ’กAnother method of remaining powerful and focused mentally during exams is visualizing a scene of success of your exam results, which you want to see happen in your life and which is important for your future, as defined by you and people close to you. Always think that I will perform excellently in my class or school or college. Even if you have many friends or student colleagues who are better in their studies than you, visualize your success with conviction.

➤๐Ÿ’กA positive visualization will become a reality when filled with the energy of hope and determination. 

4)Fourthly, always think and believe that the good wishes of all my close loved ones are with me. The ones who have the blessings and positive energy of many people with them are more successful. So ensure that all the people you come in contact with, including your family members and close friends are giving you their love and support at all times. Also, take the help of your teachers and ensure that they are always thinking positively about your performance and always persuading you to do well.

5)๐Ÿ‡When facing exams, always check your concentration and ability to focus while studying. Check yourself – Am I taking too long to finish studying or revising a chapter in my course? 
If yes, check the number of thoughts in your mind. They are not only more in number but many of them are unnecessary and unrelated to your studies – may be of the past or the future or of other people. Reduce these unnecessary thoughts by stopping your studies and remaining silent for 1 minute every hour during the day and giving that short period of time to meditation.

➤๐Ÿ“This will reduce your thoughts and increase your concentration for the next 59 minutes. 

6)Also, as a student, keep in mind that the effort you make now is very important because as per the Law of nature, as you sow so shall you reap.
 The more you study hard, the more you will experience happiness and it will give you strength in different ways not only in the present but in your future life also. This will make you responsible and focused and you will look at the exam period and the time before that with seriousness.

7)➤๐Ÿ“The seventh key to success in facing exams is an attitude of detachment. As per the laws of spirituality, to experience the freedom of the mind and success in studies, an important step is detaching yourself from your studies and seeing the task with an attitude of lightness instead of an attitude of attachment, which will make you less stressed and worried about completing the task. To experience detachment, keep your study hours short but full of concentration instead of keeping them long and unfocused.

8)➤๐Ÿ“Lastly, the eighth key to success is reducing the exam pressure by reading at least one page of  wisdom or knowledge every morning. This could be done before you begin your studies. This will keep you calm, relaxed, and positive throughout the day. Remember the mind is like a blotting paper early in the morning and whatever knowledge of positivity you give it, it will absorb very easily and fast. That will keep you full of positive information in the day and also keep your attitude towards your studies positive and full of sure.
